Hello, Highland Families!
Last week, students in grades 3, 4, and 5 were given an opportunity to bring home a paper with information about trying out for the Highland Elementary Academic Team (HEAT)! We compete in Quick Recall, Content Assessments, Written Composition, and Future Problem Solving. If you're interested in your student trying out, please review the information and send in a paper letting us know what your student is interested in and which tryout day they can stay for on Tuesday or Thursday this week.
They may also pick up a paper from Mrs. Perry tomorrow and turn it in the morning of the tryout!
This is only open to students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade.
