For many years, Nurse Courtney has been a treasured member of our Highland family, caring for our Scotties with kindness, compassion, and dedication.
Today was her final day at Highland, and while we will miss her terribly, we are excited to see where this next chapter takes her as she continues to grow in her career.

*On the first day of school, parents will be allowed to park in the front parking lot and walk their students into the gym if they would like.

A special postcard is headed your way soon! Homeroom announcement postcards will be mailed on Thursday, July 30 and will reveal your child’s homeroom teacher for the upcoming school year, and will feature a QR code link to a video introduction!
To receive a postcard, your child must be registered (OLR updated) for the upcoming school year by July 29. Registration instructions can be found here:

Three Highland students. Calvin Vaughn, Weston Paul, and Elijah Paul have all qualified to compete at the AAU Track & Field Junior Olympic Games later this summer in Des Moines, Iowa.
*Calvin will be competing in Long Jump in the 9 year old division.
*Weston will be competing in Long Jump & High Jump in the 10 year old division.
*Elijah will be competing in Turbo Javelin & Shot Put in the 8 and Under division.
