On Friday, 4th and 5th graders from South Green and Highland Elementary enjoyed a Glow Party event together. Thanks to the PTO's for holding this fundraiser and providing a fun night for our Scotties!

Check out this Scottie's Passion Project! She wanted to be able to teach and share her interests with her peers, so she started a podcast! She researched, made a logo, created the podcast, wrote scripts, recorded, and learned all about editing! She was able to share her project with her class recently. Look at those awesome goals! The link to her podcast, Lilah's Learning Lab, is below! We hope you'll check it out!

Congratulations to our very own Tammy Lindsey for receiving the "Inspiring Greatness" Award at last night's board meeting. She is so deserving for all that she does for our school, students, and staff. We appreciate her!

Our school was blessed by Mrs. Mansfield sharing the Black National Anthem, “Lift Every Voice and Sing”

Day one of our fourth grade Mobile Science Trailer was a success! Today we learned about soil and also made a soybean necklace.
Thank you to all of the sponsors that make this Mobile Science trailer possible. Thank you South Green FRC for funding this for us!

Our second graders learned about keeping our teeth healthy! Thank you Tracy Laughner from Plan Ahead Smiles and Mrs. Tammy from South Green FRC for sharing this with us.
